Job Details

Requirements
  • 8 or more years of experience managing SharePoint sites, PowerAutomate workflows, and Azure DevOps backlogs.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow for service and configuration management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and process flow charts.
  • Experience with Agile project methodologies and task management software.
  • Experience in project support activities, including documentation and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and support program-level project delivery and administrative functions.
  • Manage and improve internal collaboration platforms and automated workflows.
  • Oversee backlog and work item management within Agile development tools.
  • Utilize service management systems for time, configuration, and service management.
  • Analyze, document, and diagram program processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate and facilitate personnel-related activities, including hiring and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation and reports.
