Role:
As a Product and Test Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of test solutions for high-speed and mixed-signal ICs. Role:
As a Product and Test Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of test solutions for high-speed and mixed-signal ICs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to validate designs, improve yield, and ensure quality from post-design through manufacturing release. This role combines hands-on hardware and software development with deep technical analysis and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and test development for high-speed and mixed-signal ICs.
- Develop test solutions for design validation and mass production using ATE platforms.
- Perform device characterization, reliability qualification, and statistical analysis.
- Design and implement hardware/software for stress testing and product qualification.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve yield and reduce costs.
- Interface with customers on quality assurance and technical support.
- Work with a variety of analog/mixed-signal components including MCUs, RF, ADCs/DACs, PLLs, and DC-DC converters.
- Meet project schedules for prototype evaluation, qualification, and production release.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Test Engineering.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or other high-level languages; scripting experience (e.g., Visual Basic, PERL).
- Experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne J750, Teradyne Flex, Advantest 93k).
- Familiarity with bench equipment (multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes).
- Knowledge of MCU systems, mixed-signal and/or RF systems.
- PCB design or supervision experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Silicon Dash, Minitab).
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and process control.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Verilog simulation tools.
- Experience with embedded Flash technologies.
