Location & Work Arrangement
- City, State: Indianapolis, Indiana
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite. (No remote or hybrid option).
- Contract: This is a Contract position with a potential right to hire after 3-6 months.
- Local Preference: Local candidates only will be considered.
- Mode of Interview: Initial interview via Phone (Teams). 2nd interviews may require in-person attendance.
Essential Expertise and Scope of Work
The role is critical to maintaining complex AV systems and advancing the agency's utilization of the Microsoft ecosystem, integrating media management, development, and system administration.
1. Collaboration and Application Development
- M365/SharePoint: Provide Tier 2/3 support and administration for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 (O365) services. Develop and maintain SharePoint sites (IA, lists/libraries, permissions, governance).
- Core Development: Hands-on .NET application development using C# / ASP.NET to build and support internal tools, integrations, and services, including REST APIs and SQL.
- Automation: Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline operations. Must establish governance, ALM, and DLP policies for Power Platform solutions.
- e-Signatures: DocuSign support: administer envelopes, templates, and design end-to-end eSignature workflows, including integrations with M365/Power Platform.
2. AV & Digital Media Systems (Live Event Support)
- AV Infrastructure: Manage and maintain AV systems (e.g., Tricaster, Live Call Connect, IVGA streaming tools) and conference room equipment.
- Live Support: Provide live-event support (setup, monitoring, troubleshooting) for streaming, recording, and remote speaker integration.
- Content Management: Oversee the transition of video content from legacy platforms (Pividal), including video tuning/transcoding, metadata, and quality checks for accessibility.
- Media Production: Podcast creation and support (produce, edit, upload, maintain feeds) and coordinate webinar logistics (scheduling, dry runs, live moderation).
3. Systems Analysis and Governance
- Enterprise Support: Provide agency-wide application support and coordinate resolution with internal and external vendors.
- ALM/DevOps: Knowledge of Source control (Git), CI/CD fundamentals, testing, secure coding, and logging/monitoring.
- Compliance: Strong commitment to accessibility, security, and compliance standards (records retention, audit trails).
- Project Coordination: Support procurement activities (SPR drafting, PO tracking), maintain SOPs, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.
