Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking an Information Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our companies data strategy and business objectives This role will ensure data integrity and compliance while driving data-driven decision-making across our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and monitor information systems policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.


2. Manage the development, implementation, and operation of information systems for the organization.


3. Analyze and design system enhancements to meet user needs while ensuring scalability.


4. Develop project plans, communicate goals, manage risks, and allocate resources effectively.


5. Ensure systems meet design standards and performance requirements.


6. Provide regular project status reports and additional documentation as necessary.


7. Facilitate project transitions between teams and phases.


8. Develop specifications for system improvements and new projects.


9. Advise on new technologies and associated costs.


10. Create comprehensive system documentation and operational guidelines.


11. Champion a customer-centric and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of IT experience.


• Proficiency in current technology solutions, including hardware, software, and infrastructure.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and design effective workflows.


• Problem-solving expertise, including the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and work well in team settings.


• Project management proficiency, from planning to execution and communication.


• Change management skills, including preparing for and managing transitions effectively.


• Ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions.
