Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consumer lending and deposits business leads to maintain and extend an innovative and highly effective origination platform that meets current needs and growth ambitions.
  • Partner with internal and external development teams to ensure that the built platform meets the overall design and delivers the functionality the company needs.
  • Establish and document clear requirements for the development teams and work with them through the development process to ensure the development is efficient and effective.
  • Work across the entire organization in a dynamic environment that captures all requirements.
  • Lead roadmap planning based on the annual plan.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in consumer credit or deposits.
  • 3+ years (s) of experience as a business analyst/product manager.
  • Ability to understand and be familiar with technologies used in banking and lending.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively - this is a cross-functional role, and you must be aligned with your business and engineering partners as architectural and prioritization decisions are made.
  • Aptitude to understand the needs of different teams, drive towards clarity in decision-making and communicate clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Capacity and passion for solving complex problems.
  • A knack for providing expectational customer service.
  • Familiarity with Agile techniques and processes.
  • Written work samples are desired.
  • Bachelor's degree desired.
  • This hybrid position requires three days per week in the client's office.
