Job Title: IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager
The Service Delivery Manager - Vendor Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to the organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of vendor management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, service delivery, or a related role, preferably within a complex organizational environment.

Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements. Knowledge of service delivery frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
