Overview:

TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Manager, Enterprise CMS to join our client's growing organization!

 

The Senior Manager, Enterprise CMS will be a pivotal role in driving the efficiency, security, and effectiveness of the organization s document management and content collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure these platforms not only support business objectives and compliance requirements but also enhance user experience and productivity across the enterprise.


What You'll Do:

As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Content Management Systems, you will:

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise content platforms for secure and efficient document management.
  • Enforce document lifecycle management, access controls, and data security in alignment with Information Governance policies.
  • Train and support users on content management best practices and platform utilization.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between platform vendors and internal business stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging ECM technologies, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and effective delivery.
  • Provide technical and developer support for core ECM systems, including iManage DMS, MS Teams Workspaces, MS SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Support complex SharePoint development requirements and enhancements as needed

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Deep experience managing a legal document management system, preferably iManage.
  • Experience implementing and managing MS Teams Workspaces using the Intapp Workspaces product.
  • 5+ years managing intranet platforms, ideally hosted on MS SharePoint.
  • Experience supporting external collaboration platforms (deal rooms, extranets, MS Teams).
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and information governance best practices.

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in an IT Enterprise Systems leadership role, delivering high-availability systems (required).
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management or Document Management Systems (required).
  • Legal industry experience (preferred).

Compensation Information
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for a discretionary bonus and full comprehensive employee benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
