Location: Haslet, TX
Salary: $72,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Systems Administrator!
Responsibilities
  • Ensure store systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
  • Design, create, and deploy standardized system images for Back Office, Site Controllers, POS Terminals, and other retail technology devices.
  • Develop methodologies for software releases, hardware deployments, and new technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and resolve system defects.
  • Conduct thorough testing and documentation of hardware and software updates.
  • Evaluate and test new hardware for potential field deployment.
  • Manage store-level networking and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all retail system components.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Resolve escalated issues from the Retail Support Team.
  • Lead store technology migrations during acquisitions.
  • Mentor Retail Support personnel and contribute to team development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role; retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience with telecommunications technologies (DSL/Cable, T1, Cellular Data).
  • 2+ years of experience managing Windows systems (Windows Embedded, Server 2008/2012+).
  • Experience with PDI systems highly preferred.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining SOPs and system documentation.
  • Proficient in productivity tools (MS Office, Remote Support Tools).
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
