Job Details

Description

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join a local client in Seattle, Washington.

Duration: 2-3-month contract

Pay rate: $27-$33/hourly

Location: Downtown Seattle, Washington (100% onsite)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end users, including resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Manage and maintain the ticketing system, ensuring timely response and resolution of support tickets.
  • Handle onboarding processes, including imaging, configuring, and setting up workstations for new hires.
  • Administer permissions and user accounts through Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues, such as connectivity problems and device configurations.
  • Support ongoing and upcoming IT projects, including the setup of workstations and related tasks.


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and managing user requests.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Windows OS.
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management.
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 or related technologies.
  • Experience with MacOS support.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.
