Role Overview
The ServiceNow Master Architect is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the architectural vision, strategy, and governance for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations. This role ensures that solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with business objectives, while adhering to ServiceNow best practices. The Architect acts as a trusted advisor to executives, driving digital transformation through innovative platform solutions.

Architectural Leadership: Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture models, operating models, and capability roadmaps.

Strategic Influence: Partner with senior executives to shape and accelerate digital transformation using the ServiceNow platform.

Design Oversight: Lead the development of reusable, reliable, and adaptive design patterns for ServiceNow services.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and Developers, fostering excellence and collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement: Present technical roadmaps and architectural solutions to senior stakeholders, executive sponsors, and large audiences.

Program Definition: Define new programs and conduct ServiceNow workshops to align stakeholders and delivery teams.

Governance & Standards: Act as the technical bridge between sales, delivery, and operations to ensure consistency and adherence to architecture standards.

10+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience.

Technical lead in 6+ large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Strong track record of partnering with program directors and delivering complex enterprise solutions.

Proven experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
