Description

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining technical services for a variety of customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and technical expertise to ensure seamless service delivery and network reliability.

Responsibilities:
Configure and implement technical services such as Teams, Webex, Zoom, and other platforms for new and existing clients.
Set up and deactivate services within Ribbon 5K and the PortaOne billing platform.
Manage and oversee porting orders, Direct Inward Dialing (DIDs), and routing updates with accuracy.
Monitor and address customer requests and technical issues through the ServiceNow queue.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure system reliability and failover readiness.
Collaborate with vendors, providers, and internal teams to resolve provisioning challenges.
Facilitate smooth transitions for customers and internal support teams by ensuring proper service handover.
Adhere to company standards for security and proper handling of sensitive information.
Identify and resolve complex provisioning issues with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and team members to guarantee successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Expertise in VoIP technologies and protocols.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
Familiarity with tools like Wireshark for network analysis.
Strong experience in network engineering and system configurations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of security and compliance.
