Job: IT Contract Manager/Contracts Specialist
Location: Roseland, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Contract
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Tech Delivery and Legal teams to validate contract terms and ensure deliverables are well-defined.
- Evaluate risks, obligations, and service-level terms tied to IT projects.
- Maintain accurate contract records and provide reporting on status and risk exposure.
Must-Have Skills:
- IT/Technology contract management experience (SOWs, fixed-based agreements, software, and IT services).
- Strong understanding of tech delivery frameworks and vendor agreements.
- Knowledge of procurement, licensing, and compliance in IT projects.
- Excellent contract negotiation, validation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
