Job Title: Full Stack Salesforce Developer
Location: Quincy, MA [Hybrid]
Duration: 6 Months (Tentative)

Project Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Salesforce Developer to support the implementation and ongoing operations of a large-scale public health data solution. The developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that enable efficient data management, reporting, and workflow automation across multiple business functions.
This role involves hands-on Salesforce development, system integration, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure secure, high-performance, and future-ready solutions. After the implementation phase, the developer will continue supporting platform stability, new feature development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and OmniStudio.
Build new functionality and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
Configure and optimize Salesforce features to support workflows across Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection (LPI) and other operational areas.
Collaborate with the Lead Technical Architect to validate designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with best practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Salesforce DevOps tools for reliable deployments.
Design and enhance integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
Support data modeling, migration, and integration for performance and accuracy.
Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and reliability.
Provide post-implementation support, including bug fixes, environment maintenance, user access management, and platform performance optimization.
Maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications, design decisions, and deployment processes for long-term sustainability.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (preferably with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions).
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, FlexCards, DataRaptors, OmniScripts).
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and Salesforce DevOps tools and methodologies.
Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, platform limits).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.
