Job Details

AGENTIC AI ENGINEER:

  • Design and implement multi-agent systems to handle claims adjudication, underwriting support, and fraud detection workflows.
  • Integrate autonomous reasoning modules that can retrieve, validate, and explain decisions in compliance with health data standards.

Technical Skills:

  • years of software or ML system experience.
  • Proficient in Python async, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
  • Solid understanding of FHIR resources, claims adjudication logic, and eligibility APIs.
  • Experience with vector stores, PostgreSQL, and Redis caching.
  • Familiarity with document parsing (OCR, Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract).
  • Experience deploying via CI/CD pipelines and securing APIs via OAuth2/JWT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build multi-agent orchestration pipelines for claims review, provider validation, and policy recommendations using LangGraph, CrewAI, or Autogen.
  • Implement RAG + reasoning hybrids: e.g., agents that retrieve past claim patterns and justify approval/denial decisions.
  • Develop domain-specific toolkits for agentic reasoning (ICD/CPT lookup, EOB validation, eligibility APIs).
  • Integrate AI with backend systems (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake) and event-driven middleware (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
  • Implement observability and traceability layers for auditability (OpenTelemetry or LangFuse).
  • Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all data handling and prompt workflows.
  • Deploy and monitor AI agents on containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes).
