Data-Core Systems a consulting, services and digital transformation solution provider helping businesses reshape their future with cutting-edge technologies and services, has an immediate opening for a Data Strategist in the Consulting Services Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for strategic insights.
  • Map client data into our logical data model, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and data standards.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions to address client challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including account managers, data analysts, and technical teams, to understand client requirements and goals.
  • Design and deliver client presentations and reports that communicate insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives, iterating as necessary to drive optimal results.
  • Current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in data analysis and strategic planning, and apply this knowledge to enhance client solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on data-related matters, including data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security standards for client data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of client strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, strategic planning, or a similar role, preferably in a marketing or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Business acumen and a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations or fundraising data is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and accommodate different time zones as necessary.
