Job Description

Title: HRIS Administrator (Subcontract at an NRI Client)

Overview:

As an HRIS Administrator, you will be a key player in our HR and payroll operations, providing advanced technical support and guidance to our employees and managers. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues, leading system enhancements, and ensuring optimal performance of our Dayforce system.


Responsibilities:


Advanced Troubleshooting:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex Dayforce issues, including system errors, data discrepancies, and integration problems.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.


System Administration:

  • Manage user access permissions, security settings, and system configurations.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks like data backups, upgrades, and patches.


Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance user experience and reduce support requests.


Training and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on best practices and new features.
  • Mentor junior support staff and share knowledge to foster a strong support team.


Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in system implementation, upgrade, and configuration projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
  • Generate reports and metrics to monitor system performance and user adoption.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll processes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages.
  • Knowledge of database administration and SQL.
