Description:
The Project, Process and Change Team is seeking a Change Communications Consultant. This position reports to the Head of Project, Process and Change Practices and specializes in managing communication strategies for large-scale transformational initiatives. The role involves developing and executing communications to support strategic efforts that will result in significant business process and technology changes across the enterprise.

Pay rate: $45-50/hr

Responsibilities:
The Change Communication Specialist will focus heavily on both strategic and tactical change communications and internal stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience executing communications as part of a larger change management strategy. Additionally, the candidate should have experience developing communication strategies and plans that can align with an agile method of iterative development and delivery. We are looking for a creative, self-driven, and results-oriented individual who is excited to support the large transformational changes happening within our organization.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Communications Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy.
Develop and manage an integrated strategic communication plan in support of Enterprise Transformation initiatives, coordinating with key partners including Program Managers, Change Managers, Marketing, Employee Communications, other change communication consultants and Technology.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify communication and change management needs.
Write, design, develop, and execute tactical and strategic internal and external communications, including PowerPoint presentations, leadership talking points, website copy, articles, video scripts and basic video editing/creation that adhere to brand and company standards.
Manage content and reviews for the internal microsites, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Communication Design, Consultation and Asset Management:
Build compelling and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids to support communication efforts.
Manage a central repository of communication assets in MS TEAMS, SharePoint or other defined source, ensuring easy access and organization.
Consult and guide teams on best practices related to processes, platforms, tools, nomenclature, messaging, language, tone, and tactics to maximize communication effectiveness.
Audience Engagement and Feedback:
Gauge audience saturation and adjust communication approaches to address issues or risks, leveraging learnings to inform future planning and overall effectiveness.
Develop innovative communication approaches and tactics that drive audience engagement and adoption, aligned with corporate objectives, brand messages, and department-level messages.
Work closely with the Project and Change Management Lead, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts to develop and refine communications.
Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
Track and report change communication KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Conduct and execute research to ensure messages are relevant, accurate, and appropriately targeted.
Continuously measure and report the success of communication efforts, using analytics to drive improvements and inform future strategies.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience developing strategic and tactical internal communications
Demonstrated competence in conceptualizing and designing creative PowerPoint presentations and visual aids.
History developing SharePoint pages and managing a microsite content
Experience developing communications leveraging sales force marketing cloud or other similar platform
Experience supporting large corporate and technology transformations
Experience with script, video and persona development
Experience working in a complex business environment with highly technical content
Excellent written and oral communications skills with experience creating content for all organizational levels
Excellent design and copywriting skills, proficiency in Adobe InDesign software
Proven ability to build and manage comprehensive communication plans from start to finish using project management tools.
Experience with insurance industry, global audiences and claims a plus.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
