We are seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to define, lead, and deliver large-scale marketing technology programs. This role involves coordinating cross-functional project delivery across multiple departments and vendors, ensuring that marketing products and applications meet both business and regulatory requirements.
You'll be part of a team responsible for managing multiple technical solutions, including a leading SaaS platform and custom-built applications. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering medium to large-scale marketing compliance technology solutions across multiple workstreams. You'll work closely with vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful application delivery.
This position requires a global mindset and practical experience working with diverse stakeholders including customers, vendors, IT, business teams, and end users. You'll also influence delivery teams and interact with senior leadership and partner vendors.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of marketing compliance technology solutions across multiple workstreams.
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation using tools like Jira.
- Drive projects from initiation to completion, removing roadblocks and influencing decisions.
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful application delivery.
- Analyze and improve business processes; define and refine user stories for delivery backlogs.
- Support change management and user acceptance testing.
- Develop business architecture models, data models, and gap analyses.
- Oversee project execution to meet schedule, cost, resource, and quality goals.
