Immediate need for a talented Human Resources (HR) Program Manager - Onboarding III. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Overland Park, KS(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $48 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing environmental regulatory Safety pro-65 reporting.
- His teams work in supporting accessibility working with product managers and product requirements. (Device Supply Chain)
- Real time rule and regulation of compliance on sourced Client product.
- Knowledge of FCC regulatory compliance to ensure vendors are FCC complaint and for their documentation.
- Along with that they need to have Experience, information and knowledge about product safety on WPA(Wireless purchasing Alert).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; FCC regulatory compliance
- Supply Chain domain
- Telecom and CPG industry
- Policy and Procedural work experience of state, federal & local Agencies. (mandate)
- Regulatory experience in dealing with state federal and local agencies requirements. (mandate)
- Experience & Knowledge of how approach Individual state s rules & Individual regulatory agencies (that can be working with Internal client Legal department or directly with those state or federal agencies) (Mandate)
- Must have good approach to communication. (Mandate)
- Reporting (compiling compliance report which are for both internal & external to client. (Mandate)
- Interview Process: Not Specific about how many rounds of interviews but definitely have 3 of the functional managers in his team will have a chance to interview once review of resumes is done. (These managers have different responsibilities among 6 regular regulatory categories)
- Experience: Minimum 3 year on mandate Skills (It not mandatory to have senior role Experience but Medium/Junior role Exp will be good)
- Experience within Telecom and CPG industry will be preferred.
- In-House compliance tool with some external compliance tool.
- It would be onsite role.
- No certifications (Certification like PMP or any compliance & regulatory will be added value but not mandate)
- This position for regulatory compliance Specifically for supply chain team for engaging State and federal agencies around requirement environmental safety health and human rights
