Job Details

We are looking for Senior ServiceNow Technology Engineer with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience to perform the following:

  • Design and develop Order guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers.
    Hands on experience implementing HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Agent workspace
    Good understanding on other ITSM modules like Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge.
    Develop/Maintain integration between SNOW and other systems using REST/SOAP API, MID Servers and Integration Hub.
    Hands on experience customizing ServiceNow by creating UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes and Scheduled jobs using Glide classes, Ajax, JavaScript
    Service Portfolio Management (SPM): Must have Experience in below modules;

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop test cases and data
    Execute tests for the application or technical architecture components, work with other programmers, designers, and architects to meet application requirements and performance goals, participate in code reviews, inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project, fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing, document the application to facilitate maintenance.
    Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions.
  • Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture
    Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
    Provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.
    Systematic analysis on client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered.
    Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes.

Certifications:
ServiceNow System Administration Certified preferred, degree not required
