Title: Senior SOX Analyst
Location: Plano, TX ( Onsite)

o Candidate must have strong experience in MS suite Must have
o Candidate must have good experience in Lucid flowchart - Must have
o Someone who is self-motivator and self-starter Must have
o Expertise in the SOX field and Survey SOX Must have
o Help and Review in making proper Audit reports Must have
o Big 4 - Nice to have

Special Projects:
o Assist/lead special projects with financial reporting impact.
o Serve as subject matter expert for financial reporting risks and controls.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) Highlight Top 3-5 skills
o Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS] - Accounting (business/finance) Audit background
o 5-10 Years of relevant work experience min of 5 yrs
o Familiarity with Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, COSO, GRC methodologies and frameworks
o Strong written and oral communication
o Strong analytical skills, initiative; ability to multi-task
o Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people
o Ability to work with ambiguous or changing work situations, tasks, assignments
o Ability to quickly learn new applications or software tools
o A high degree of organizational skills with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
o Visio or other process flow software
o Attention to detail and provide accurate data
o Work collaboratively with team members
o Meet regular performance expectations
