Job Tittle: Letter Maintenance Admin
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month contract +
Here s the order of priority (looping in the whole team so everyone has this:
- ELGS (Enterprise Letter Generation System) - They want ELGS but understand they may not find enough candidates with that experience.
- Client Letter/Intouch - Next option would be someone that has another letter maintenance tool like client letter or intouch (those are both made by the same company that created ELGS Top Down is the company name).
- Quadient - next option would be a composition analyst/developer but Steve thinks that long term they are likely to move to Quadient over Doc1 so they d like candidates they d need to train on the ELGS but the ELGS tool is likely to go out of support in the future and his guess is Quadient would be the tool they go to next.
Qual Notes:
Overview:
- They are not using Doc1 or Engage One or Quadient. Using ELGS (it is a third party tool but they modified it over the years). This is going to be under Becky. They need to go into Client still. They are spinning on it because they may have someone in marketing open this because they are funding it. Becky is on Steve's team, she will be day to day manager of the person. It is a longer learning curve because they don't get people with ELGS experience. They have letters that are really basic, they have some large customer that is unhappy with basic looking letter. Want the letters to look nice, and they want it to be done ASAP. It is doing logic so that depending on member eligibility, policy it will create letter specific to members policy. They are changing library of texts
- Changing letter from "Dear Subscriber" to "Dear
