HCM Business Analyst

DataStaff, Inc. is seeking an HCM Business Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Deep HCM Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
• Deep Organizational Knowledge (preferred, but not required): Comprehensive understanding of the state s organization management and culture, specifically organization roles versus user roles and how organizations interact with user roles
• SaaS Platform Expertise: Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform like Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with solution design and configuration, data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to follow the System Development Life Cycle (SLDC)
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and discussions with end-users, business owners, and team members
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions
• Facilitation and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR business owners, IT developers, and project managers

Education and Experience Recommended:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution
• Five years of experience in a lead, functional/technical, or similar role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing and deployment of cloud-based solutions; talent management experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between people management and digital solutions

Required Skills:

• 7 Years - Experience in a lead role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing and cloud solutions.
• 7 Years - Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
• 7 Years - Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform like Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
• 7 Years - Demonstrated experience with solution design and configuration, data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies.
• 7 Years - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR business owners, IT developers, and project managers
• Bachelor s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution

Desired Skills:

• 7 Years - Talent Management Experience

This position is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with competitive benefits package.
