Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of finance initiatives and programs, from intake through execution and reporting
- Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and expected ROI
- Collaborate across departments, including Finance, Digital Technology, and other stakeholder groups
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track milestones and deliverables to ensure projects remain on target
- Report initiative performance to stakeholders and leadership
- Establish governance processes and manage change management, communications, and training activities
- Support UAT and IT implementation from a business-user perspective
- Develop business cases as needed and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of solid project/program management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within a program framework
- Proven leadership on initiatives exceeding $2M in budget
- Experience working within a Fortune 500 or similarly complex enterprise environment
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Word
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
- Experience in the aviation or airline industry
- PMP certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Familiarity with Smartsheet
