Job Details

Role: Product Designer + Product Stabilization+Scrum

Location: Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA

JD:

  • Lead the UX/UI design process from research to final delivery across web and mobile platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user needs into elegant, intuitive experiences.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma or Sketch.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design decisions.

  • Maintain design systems and component libraries.

  • Monitor and triage production issues in collaboration with Engineering and DevOps teams.

  • Act as the design/UX point of contact during incident response or critical issues affecting user experience.

  • Analyze incident patterns and feedback to identify design-related improvements or usability gaps.

  • Document post-mortems and drive actionable design or process recommendations.

  • 3 6 years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio.

  • 1+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.

  • Experience with Agile product development lifecycle.

  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles.

  • Familiarity with production monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, PagerDuty) and issue tracking systems.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Comfortable multitasking across disciplines.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

  • Background in frontend development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or platform product environments.
