- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Business Development, Project Management, and Client Engagement roles.
- Proven success in managing the full client lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and account growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
