Cloud Collaboration Engineer

Remote

Pre-requisites:  

Experience Level:  Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Windows/Mac/Desktop apps application support 

Required Skills: 

  • Practical Experience of Microsoft End User products 
  • OneDrive Sync client for Windows, Mac and Mobile.   
  • Patch Office suites for Windows and Mac. 
  • Using tools like Jamf / Microsoft Docs / MacAdmins Community to troubleshoot Office for Mac installation and configuration issues. 
  • Application troubleshooting tools for Office Windows: e.g. Offcat, SaRa, etc. 
  • Experience in Supporting Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Support Macros for Excel and Outlook.   
  • Support Office Online Apps Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.   
  • Support Migrations & Acquisitions for Office Client Core. 
  • Intune MAM for managing the mobile O365 apps.  
  • Experience in Supporting Mac apps, Mac OS, Jamf, safari Browser, Azure AD, Mac Book, License advice. 
  • Mac installation and configuration issues. 
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies. 
  •  Ability to make quick decisions, assume leadership without supervision, able to assume a role of authority as necessary. 
  •  A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach 
  • Effective analysis: Ability to listen, analyze and summarize.   
  • Ability to work in stressful situations. Conflict management skills is a plus.  
  • Customer and team-work oriented.  
  • Outstanding communication skills. Excellent English written and oral communication skills
