Role : Senior Cisco Voice Network Administrator
Location : Richmond, VA
Duration : Long term
T IS_CNS_Voice Network_Cisco - 8+ years experience required!
Experienced in CISCO Voice Administration hands-on with 8+ years experience
1. Perform administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection Cisco Contact Center Enterprise
2. Monitor Unified Communication system applications to ensure peak performance
3. Assist in monthly system patching testing of Unified Communication systems
4. Provide regular status on tasks accomplished, current issues progress toward goals
5. Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to standard operating procedures
6. Monitor and test voice network performance, and provides performance statistics and reports
7. Collaborate with other team members across IT and the business
8. Work with UC Engineers on higher level projects
9. Involving with vendor coordination for circuit implementation and troubleshooting
