*Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA*

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Oracle PaaS Developer with extensive experience in Oracle PaaS services, including OJET, VBCS, and OIC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects and a strong ability to leverage technical skills to drive organizational growth. This role involves working on various Oracle Cloud applications, developing custom solutions, and integrating with existing systems to enhance business processes.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Application Development: Design, develop, and extend custom applications using Oracle VBCS and OJET, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle Cloud services.
  • Integration and Automation: Implement and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and automate processes such as user and AOR assignments.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS, including APEX, ATP, and Fusion UI customizations, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and deliver multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and specifications. Prepare functional designs and To-Be documents for a detailed understanding of client business processes.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and execute test cases and scripts, ensuring the test environment is ready for QA and UAT. Maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems and platforms. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with end users, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical support, and ensure successful project rollouts.

Experience Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Oracle PaaS services (VBCS, OJET, OIC), Oracle Cloud SaaS, APEX, ATP, and REST API development.
  • Programming Languages: Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web development technologies.
  • Tools and Utilities: Experience with Oracle Developer, SQL Developer, JIRA, SOAP UI, Postman, and other relevant tools.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in workforce development and deployment modules.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM, ERP, and SCM modules.
  • Experience with BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, and FBDI conversions.
