Responsibilities:

• Design branch circuit distribution systems for power and lighting in commercial facilities.
• Develop comprehensive power distribution system designs.
• Perform calculations to bolster system designs.
• Execute Construction Administration (CA) tasks, encompassing the review of submittals/shop drawings, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), and attending CA meetings.
• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate field installations and conduct thorough field observations.
• Oversee assigned projects, orchestrating and guiding the design team from project inception through to completion.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Demonstrated history of successfully completing projects, coupled with robust project planning and delivery expertise.
• Exceptional precision in both verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams, adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritize client needs.
• Proficiency in performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with a keen sense of urgency.

Technology/Computer Experience:

• Advanced mastery of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficiency in utilizing Bluebeam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Experience:

• 7+ years of recent involvement in Electrical Engineering design within an architectural or MEP firm.
• Highly desirable LEED accreditation.
• Proficiency in project management, with a track record of meeting project schedules and budgets.
