A global leader in industrial-grade memory, storage, and embedded solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their U.S. Central office. This company is at the forefront of AIoT innovation, delivering cutting-edge solutions that power intelligent systems across diverse industries.

About the Role

As a BDM, you ll be responsible for driving new business development and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth. You ll work with OEM clients and decision-makers in verticals such as Energy, Military, Medical, Networking, and Surveillance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Present tailored solutions for Flash Storage (SSD), DRAM, Embedded Peripherals, and AIoT systems.
  • Prepare RFQs and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Attend trade shows and represent the brand.
  • Provide regular pipeline and activity reports to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in tech or hardware).
  • Proven success in full-cycle sales and cold outreach.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and embedded systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience selling to OEMs.
  • Background in Flash Storage, DRAM, or embedded computing.
  • Familiarity with industrial verticals and design-in sales processes.
