Job Title: Lead Software Engineer -- Java/Cassandra

Locations: Basking Ridge, NJ & Irving, TX Hybrid

Duration: Long Term
Description:

  • Expert-level Java (Java 8+, Spring Boot) and backend development experience
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Apache Cassandra, including data modeling and performance optimization
  • Strong background in designing and building scalable, distributed systems
  • Experience implementing and optimizing in-memory data grids (e.g., Hazelcast, Ignite, Redis Enterprise)
  • Technical leadership skills: leading design, code reviews, and mentoring engineers
  • Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities
