Job Details

Hybrid partial remote contract role for Major Pharmaceutical Firm.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and configure SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain identity and access management processes, workflows, and policies within the SailPoint platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, HR, and Compliance, to gather requirements, communicate changes, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of the solution.
  4. Perform identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request management, to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.
  5. Conduct access reviews, certification workflows, and risk analysis to identify and remediate potential security risks and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  6. Manage and monitor privileged access, applying appropriate controls and auditing privileged user activities.
  7. Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users and internal teams on SailPoint solutions, policies, and best practices.
  8. Stay current with SailPoint product updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's IGA strategy remains effective and compliant.
  9. Participate in incident response and troubleshooting, resolving issues related to identity and access management.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance the overall IGA program.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Demonstrable experience working with SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration solutions or similar IGA platforms.
  3. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in one or more programming languages or scripting for automation and integration purposes (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
  5. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, directory services, and authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, SSO).
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  7. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security risks and compliance gaps.
  8. Certifications in SailPoint products, IT security, or related fields are a plus (e.g., SailPoint Certified Identity Professional, CISSP, CISM, or CISA).
  9. Project management skills or experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment are beneficial.
