Job Overview
Crémeverse is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our growing team. As the face of our dessert shop, you'll oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure our customers leave with smiles and sweet memories. This is a hands-on role that blends leadership with creativity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations for smooth and efficient functioningLead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and top-tier customer service
Handle inventory: place orders, restock, and coordinate with vendors
Track sales performance using POS systems and daily reporting
Prepare and manage payroll and help maintain budgeting
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with making rolled ice cream, faloodas, milkshakes, and boba tea
Collaborate on marketing efforts and special events with ownership
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to boost revenue
Develop and deliver staff training to enhance customer service and product knowledge
Perform additional duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
Proven experience in food service or retail management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great service
Proficient in basic budgeting and payroll tasks
Familiarity with POS systems and retail tools
Reliable, punctual, and energetic
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bilingual candidates are preferred
Nice to Have
Creativity in dessert recipe development
Event coordination or party management experience
Interest in marketing, social media, or local promotions
