Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering Lead to drive excellence in testing and automation across web and mobile applications. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in test automation, CI/CD integration, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, optimizing testing processes, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project teams across multiple workstreams, including data partners, integrated systems, and external vendors.
  • Query and analyze data to validate results, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance test automation suites.
  • Develop automated tests to support speed-to-market goals while ensuring quality standards.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot automated tests and related artifacts for seamless execution in CI/CD pipelines, reducing cycle time.
  • Escalate risks and issues promptly to enable effective planning and stakeholder communication.
  • Perform manual and exploratory testing when required, maintaining a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Identify, document, and resolve defects through detailed reporting and tracking.
  • Adhere to organizational Quality Engineering best practices while contributing to improvements in testing methodologies.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of proven experience in testing and ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications.
  • Strong ability to analyze business requirements, design efficient test automation suites, and manage defect tracking throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and principles applied to software testing.
  • Solid programming foundation with practical experience; proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience automating Web UI and API testing using Cypress for robust front-end and back-end coverage.
  • Proficiency in mobile automation using WebdriverIO across diverse platforms and devices.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira for planning, tracking, and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Git-based source control tools (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database/backend testing.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
Desired Experience
  • Healthcare domain knowledge.
  • Additional mobile automation experience.
  • Exposure to AWS services (e.g., DynamoDB, S3 Buckets, Lambda).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities; highly organized, self-motivated, and quick to learn.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,400 - 212,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
