ETL Developer

Candidates must be local to Atlanta, Charlotte or Raleigh. Remote work is not permitted, and candidates are expected to be onsite 5 days/week.

* ETL developer with minimum of 2-3 years of AbInitio/Informatica Experience .
* Should have skills in designing and developing extract, transform and load ETL processes.
* Strong understanding of Informatica ETL tool .
* Create and maintain adequate documentation of project ETL design, technical artifacts and ETL environment.
* Very Large Database and DW Implementation experience (20+ TBs) ,well versed in SQL, Oracle .
* Programming skills in a Linux/Unix environment, including shell scripting .
* Experience and ability to deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
* Proven ability to effectively manage their time and a desire to deliver results quickly and correctly
* Understanding and working with data models to ensure data is structured appropriately for the target system.
* Creating and implementing the logic for extracting, transforming, and loading data
* Identifying and resolving issues within the ETL processes and monitoring performance to ensure optimal functionality
* Design and develop ETL workflows, graphs , mappings to process and transform data from source to target.
* Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.
* Handle data extraction, transformation , cleansing and loading into data warehouse or data lakes.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of integrated data. Identify and resolve data quality issues and ETL job failures
* Develop test scenarios , test cases and execute functional testing .
