Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Cloud Support Engineer based in Houston, TX. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues related to cloud services, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer support
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
