We hope you are doing good! We are hiring L3 Support Engineer (OKTA) to join our Digital Engineering team.

L3 Support Engineer (OKTA) | Las Vegas, NV (Only Local) | Fulltime or Contract

What are we looking for?

  • Deep understanding of OIDC / OAuth 2.0
  • Should be able to understand and support federation issues.
  • Hands-on experience of at least 5+ years on IAM / CIAM platform (OKTA preferred).
  • High level understanding of industry security standards.
  • Expected to participate in Proof of Concept with DEV team.
  • Should be able to analyze and resolve L3 tickets within SLA.
  • Should be able to handle/co-ordinate with OKTA in solving tickets/cases.
