Pay Range: $46/HR. to $47.44/HR.

Job Information

• Java, J2EE, WebSphere Application Server, Tomcat


• Good experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks


• Frontend Web Application development using Angular, JavaScript, JSP, HTML 5/CSS, Spring MVC


• Develop Soap and RESTful web services using JAXWS, JAXRS and Spring


• Develop using JDBC, Oracle 19c or any other relational Databases


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work with distributed teams, including offshore


• Industry experience needed. Yes, Banking experience is preferred


• Education needed for the role: Bachelor's Degree

Primary job duties/responsibilities:

• As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.


• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Java Full Stack Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is recommended.


• Expert proficiency in Core Java, Microsoft SQL Server, and advanced proficiency in Angular are suggested. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving. Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.


• Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables. Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


• Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
