Gen AI Architect - Generic Analytics SME

• Actively participate and contribute to building new Business solution offerings leveraging AI, for all industries serviced by Hexaware in the marketplace.
• Lead the analytics solution design and architecture for all the fixed engagement proposals (i.e. solution driven deals). Coordinate with various Hexaware teams in bringing together a differentiated and competitive solution design for client s problem statement.
• Have a consultative mindset to problem solving with customers.
• Proactively explore application of Gen AI in business solutions and develop prototypes/ PoCs to take to the market.
• Be ready to lead strategic/ transformative Analytics/ Data science engagements for Hexaware s key focus accounts, in a billable capacity (either full or part-time billing).
• Be the face of Hexaware at the client organization when in a billable engagement and develop strategic advisor relationship with business/ functional stakeholders.
• Stay in-tune with evolving new technologies and proactively obtain certifications where relevant.
• Work collaboratively in developing new go-to-market solutions for Hexaware s partnerships (MS, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks etc.)
• Mentor and train junior analytics resources on AI capabilities, strengthen Hexaware s domain knowledge of vertical businesses/functions.
• Contribute the building of AI powered business solutions practice in the Data & AI service line.

• 8+ years of relevant and hands-on experience in the field of analytics and data science.
• Must have experience in building and delivering analytics solutions for business/ functional stakeholders.
• Experience in any specific areas of business analytics such as marketing, digital, customer, supply chain, operations, finance etc. is a big plus.
• An understanding of emerging areas like Digital Analytics, MarTech Engineering, application of Gen AI, etc. will be a huge plus.
• If from a consulting/ service background, the candidate must have experience in client facing engagements. Experience working directly with business & functional stakeholders in the org.
• Any industry experience is welcome (e.g. Retail, CPG, Banking, Travel & hospitality etc.)
• Team leading experience would be preferred.
• Knowledge of/ experience working with the legacy/ market leading technology platforms & tech-stack pertaining to various functions (e.g. Neilsen technologies, Adobe stack, Salesforce stack, other CRM technologies, any of CDP platforms, campaign mgmt. platforms like Eloqua, marketplace databases, Oracle & SAP supply chain tech-stack, etc.). Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud (MS/ AWS/ Google Cloud Platform).
• Graduate degree in engineering/ technology/ analytics/ Business administration or similar disciplines.
