JR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
We are searching for a talented and experienced junior-level Contract/Subcontract Administrator to join our team supporting our client. This role requires:

Clearance-
Minimum: TS with SCI Eligibility

Must obtain SCI prior to start and CI Poly while employed

Highly preferred

2 5 years of total contracts administration experience
-
Junior-level role (2 4 years of direct experience preferred)
-
Should have less than 5 6 years of total post-graduate work experience
-
Not looking for 10+ years
-
Preference for former Federal employees; federal contractor experience is also acceptable
-
2 4 years of experience in Contracts or Subcontracts Administration
-
Experience dealing with Intel customers is required
-
Not seeking a Sales Support or Business Development background
-
Must have direct experience in contracts administration
(Including, but not limited to)
Contracts-
Assist in proposal preparation
-
Conduct contract negotiations; review terms and conditions
-
Administer contracts
-
Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to support pre- and post-award contractual opportunities
-
Monitor contract performance (cost, schedule, performance)
-
Coordinate with Program Management
-
Handle contract close-outs
-
Maintain professional interface with customer
-
Perform various reporting functions
-
Review subcontract proposals for accuracy, reasonableness, and completeness
-
Perform cost/price analysis
-
Coordinate technical proposal reviews with the Prime Contract Program Manager
-
Support preparation of prime contract proposals that include subcontract costs
-
Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions
-
Issue subcontracts and modifications
-
Monitor subcontractor budgets and spend rates
-
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Finance or Business Administration)
-
Security Clearance: TS/SCI preferred
-
2+ years of contract experience in the federal contracting environment
-
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
-
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and Intel agency supplements
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
-
Competitive experience is a plus
-
Proficient in Excel and familiar with MS Office applications
