About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Genesys Cloud CX professional to lead the design, development, and optimization of outbound campaigns, scripting flows, and backend architecture.
This role requires deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX and a proven track record of building scalable, efficient contact center solutions.
Job Title: Genesys DeveloperKey Responsibilities-
Design and implement outbound dialing campaigns using Genesys Cloud CX - Develop and maintain advanced scripting for contact center interactions - Architect and manage call flows, IVRs, and backend dependencies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business goals - Troubleshoot and optimize existing Genesys configurations for performance and reliability - Document processes, dependencies, and best practices for future scalability
Minimum Qualifications-
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX - Strong understanding of campaign logic, backend architecture, and system dependencies - Ability to quickly interpret and replicate existing campaign structures - Experience with wrap-up codes, rule sets, and contact list filters - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Qualifications- Self-starter with a passion for customer experience technology - Detail-oriented with a knack for system optimization - Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Position Information

Salary and Other Compensation:The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$120,000 125,000 annually]/[$60.00-65.00 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
