Job Title: Software Engineer (C++ / Rust)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

About the Role
- We re seeking a Software Engineer based in New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance trading system components, including data acquisition, validation, and integration.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and technologists to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate quantitative models into trading infrastructure.
- Develop tools and workflows to improve post-trade and risk reporting processes.
- Participate in architectural discussions and adopt modern frameworks to evolve the technology stack.
- Support and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related mathematical field.
- 3 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Rust; familiarity with Python preferred.
- Experience with messaging protocols such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, Web Sockets, AWS
- Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with financial data APIs and databases such as Onetick or Kdb+.
- Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated use of industry-standard tools, version control, and best development practices.
