Job Details

Role: Oracle Cloud Benefits SME / Lead

Location : DC

  • We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Benefits Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Lead to manage and optimize benefits processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits modules and a strong understanding of benefits administration, compliance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end benefits processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Benefits modules, providing expert-level support and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and optimized processes.
  • Design, implement, and enhance benefits workflows using Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to maintain the integrity and accuracy of benefits data.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR and benefits teams on Oracle Cloud functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay current with updates to Oracle Cloud applications and industry trends in employee benefits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in benefits process management, including significant hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits modules.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Benefits functionalities and related components.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve benefits-related data and processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional Oracle Cloud HCM modules or related enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management methodologies.
  • Oracle Cloud Benefits certification is a plus.
