Job Details
Essential Functions:
- Set direction and establish plans for 24x7 IAM Operations.
- Develop an understanding of the key business deliverables required for each program and the associated dependencies.
- Responsible for the overall success of the team's cybersecurity program.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining general process escalation, communication, and coordination with various stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Ensure that project expectations are developed and met on time, within budget, and within resource capacity.
- Manage dependencies within and across programs associated with program delivery on a technical and detailed level.
- Coordinate meetings and communication channels to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate planning, including interviews and the onboarding process.
- Prepare reporting of program/project status for leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of current and future trends, threats, and vulnerabilities to existing and new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional service firm or as an IT/security project manager, with strong experience with cybersecurity applications and infrastructure implementation projects.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Creative and innovative approach to optimize utilization of resources, leverage tools and adapt processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with a collaborative and proactive style.
- Manage and guide the team with prioritization of workloads.
- Skilled in measuring the improvement of availability, reduction of high-priority incidents, better identification and reduction of recurring and chronic issues, and non-actionable events.
- Skilled in driving change management efforts needed to affect operational uplift, including adoption of new systems, programs, and process changes
- Skilled in understanding business vision and proactively determining strategies to support the business in achieving its goals
- Experience with ForgeRock is a plus
- PMP Certification is a plus
