Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a UI/UX Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, NC
Position summary-
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient UI/UX Developer with strong experience in Angular and Figma to join our front-end development team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and implementing them using modern web technologies. This role bridges the gap between design and development, ensuring seamless user experiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance web applications.
Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
Develop and maintain front-end components using Angular (v12+), TypeScript, and Angular Material.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
Optimize application performance and user experience through testing and iterative improvements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design and development cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Design, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems like Git.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $62 to $65 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
