Job Description
- Demonstrate the software's capability and architecture to potential clients.
- Build relationships with client IT stakeholders and analyze all client requirements.
- Work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Interface with the implementation team to understand customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years' experience working within pre-sales or solutions consulting.
- Proven experience in the HR technology space.
- Experience working with upper mid market and enterprise level businesses.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
- SHMR certification is a plus!
