Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
6 years of experience delivering solutions using Agile or Scrum methodologies, demonstrating the ability to work in iterative development environments.
6 years of experience collaborating with Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers on deployment plans, particularly for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
4 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint development, including workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and other configurations.
4 years of experience integrating Okta for single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
4 years of experience developing API services to manage access policies and requests, and integrating these services with external applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience working with Texas State Agencies or similar public sector organizations, with an understanding of government IT standards and compliance requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. T
he ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta, and Azure, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing software solutions that support secure and scalable identity integrations.
This role requires a creative problem-solver who can work independently with limited supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including architects, UX designers, business analysts, and project managers.
Responsibilities:
Research, design, implement, and manage software programs and integrations.
Test and evaluate new software programs and features.
Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system architects.
Lead and contribute to large-scale IT projects, particularly in IAM and application integration.
Develop and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ configurations including workflows, rules, connectors, and policies.
Integrate and manage single sign-on (SSO) solutions using Okta and Azure.
Develop API services to manage access policies and integrate with external applications.
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
