Description
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales strategies and launch our P3 Amazon storefront . This role will focus on managing and expanding our presence on platforms like Amazon, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of operational excellence. Based in Redlands, California, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital retail efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon e-commerce strategy that aligns with overall business goals to achieve growth targets.
Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce profit and loss (P& L) statement, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor data to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
Manage the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, and digital shelf assets.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and other platform regulations for all products.
Design, execute, and fine-tune advertising campaigns, including sponsored ads, to maximize ROI.
Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends and performance data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and supply chain, to align e-commerce activities with broader company initiatives.
Track sales performance, generate detailed reports, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by monitoring reviews, ratings, and feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing Amazon accounts and brands through Seller Central (3P).
Proven expertise in managing catalogs with 300+ SKUs and ASINs on Amazon.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting dashboards, and keyword tools.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Amazon Ads platforms and campaign management.
