Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Technology Vision

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across IT, data, and business teams to identify opportunities for transformation and innovation.

Cloud Development & Architecture (AWS Focus)
  • Lead enterprise adoption and optimization of AWS services for scalable and secure application development.
  • Guide the design and implementation of modern cloud-native architectures using containers, serverless, and microservices.
  • Ensure robust DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines across all environments.

Data & Analytics Enablement
  • Champion enterprise data strategies that promote access, quality, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to drive business intelligence, AI/ML integration, and predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Build platforms and tools that empower teams with self-service analytics and reporting.

Enterprise Integration & Automation
  • Deliver integration solutions across systems like HR, Finance, and ERP to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Guide the use of automation tools and frameworks, ensuring reusability, performance, and security.
  • Use platforms like ServiceNow to enable digital workflows and service management where appropriate, without losing focus on broader engineering goals.

Team & Talent Development
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and excellence in software craftsmanship.
  • Attract top talent and provide clear growth paths and development opportunities.

  • 15+ years in software engineering leadership with demonstrated success in cloud transformation, data analytics, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in AWS technologies, including infrastructure, development, and security.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, modern data platforms, and AI/ML enablement.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow as part of broader automation and digital workflow initiatives.
